I became free the day I crossed over to the other side
The day I spoke my truth and started owning my journey
It’s my script, I had better not allow oppression, fear and anxiety write my story
I became free the day I transcended my reality and was able to rise above the downtimes and curve balls
I became free the day I understood the power of self and purpose
The day I realized that the human being is a passing phase and a constantly evolving journey
Relationships last but for a while for some, the lucky ones, a very few might from time to time last the test of time
Don’t sweat it, thread with understanding and slowly but surely let go
I became free the day I realized that there is a bigger picture to which I am only a contributor
Only the One has the master plan, only the supreme One
As long as I continue to strive and pray, never a need to worry
I became free the day it dawned on me that it all begins in the head
That’s the playground and battlefield for the tussle for greatness, the unending duel between evil and good
It all begins up there, both the physical, unknown, known and the supernatural
I became free the day I realized desire doesn’t always equal good
Desire is always appealing in its inherent mould but good, logical, approved and designed by the maker is always better
It brings peace of mind and covering
I became free the day I stopped worrying about the things I can’t and wouldn’t be able to control and started focusing on the things that I could influence.
