Do it scared they say
Do it anyways
After all, victors are made of scars, triumphs and perspectives
The answers are on the other side of the doubts, hesitation and pain
No matter how uphill, uncertain and frightening
Like everyone I get scared and unsure,
but leaning in and constantly in touch with the maker to offer the strength, courage and wisdom to do it anyways
As long as it connects with my being, the creator and my purpose
The dotted or evident lines of fear and doubt will be a constant, at least that’s what I am learning
Staying steadfast and asking for Grace to do it scared but with a smile and acknowledgment that this is just one more piece of the puzzle
Fail or succeed,
learning and constantly reminding myself that I am not the first to cross the road ahead
And that any negative outcome is not a knock on my evolving journey, accomplishments and the positive reinforcing moments
Learning and praying for sustained Grace to keep going no matter how daunting in line with the maker’s compass
Head on, upwards. Hope you find the courage, strength and wisdom to do so too..
